First steps into blogging
Preamble For reference it’s Nov 2024 and the contract market is not as bouyant as it has been and as a result I’m really having to sell myself which I’m not great at. I’m not one to promise things that I’ll have a go at and for want of a better idiom “wing it”. As a contractor I feel that I have already learnt and applied the skills that I’m selling into buisness.
Why Write A Blog?
How we communicate matters. The method needs to engage the audience such that the capacity for retention and requirement for recall is well matched. I like to write things down as for most of the things in this blog I’m going to be the whole audience of one. For the things that I write where it’s likely that my capacity for retention is low but my requirement for recall is high.
